Initial Comments:
An offsite follow up survey completed August 20, 2020, found that Roberson Personal Care Home Services, Inc had corrected the deficiencies cited under PA Code, Title 28, Health and Safety, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart H, Chapter 611, Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiencies were cited as a result of an offsite complaint survey completed April 9, 2020.
